1、Abstract submission guide

The conference covers a wide range of topics and is now calling for abstracts. The submission deadline is July 30, 2025 (inclusive). Please submit your abstracts to the Abstract& Poster Section in the registration system.     

Abstract format: including the title, the author, work unit, the abstract text, key words, the contact information of the corresponding author. Tables and pictures cannot be a part of the summary. The abstract text is within 300 words, in English.

2、Poster submission guide

Poster submissions provide an opportunity for academic interaction among participants, allowing authors to engage with their peers by showcasing their exceptional work. We welcome all attendees to submit posters!

Poster Requirements:

Posters must be in English, with dimensions of 90 × 120 cm, and should include the following content: research objectives, discussion topics and technical foundations, research results, expected outcomes, including key figures, equations, and references (if applicable).

Award Opportunities:

The conference will select 5-10 Best Poster Awards at ISPR (open to students only). Winners will present a 3-minute oral report during the conference.

Important Notes:

Please print and bring your poster to the conference registration desk. Authors submitting abstracts and posters must pay the conference registration fee by July 30, 2025. Abstracts and posters that are not registered and paid for by the deadline will not be included or displayed. If you have any questions or comments, please contact ISPR.
